This comprehensive lesson plan provides an overview of the objectives, resources and activities for a 1 hour lesson.
The instructions are clear and provide a list of additional questions for further discussion alongwith extention activities to allow for diversification.
The plan details how to assess learner's and includes a list of links to 'relevant' charitable organisations.

This is an American website, so may need to be altered for Australian classrooms in terms of the issues we may face.

I would love to link up with a class anywhere else in the world (for example through**www.epals.com**) to discuss the issues that occur in their society and how they may participate to address these issues.
